Mary Innerst is a student finishing up her last year at ACC and is thrilled to be able to serve as Editor-in-Chief for Progenitor 2019! She was born in Denver and grew up frequently seeking out and enjoying the beauty Colorado has to offer. Two of her short stories have been published, one in Progenitor and another in YARN and she continues to write and read avidly. When her schedule allows, she also enjoys photography, painting, swimming, hiking with her four siblings, and snuggling with her schnoodle, Denny.

Connor is an avid reader and storyteller. His shelves are currently stacked with history textbooks and every publication of the Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition prints. As a fantasy-fiction buff, Connor signed onto the Progenitor Art & Literary Journal to read through the fiction and poetry submissions. He spends his nights at bar lounges pouring over the setting book for Curse of Strahd (one of his many D&D supplement books).

Kharis Park is the social media manager and web designer for this year’s Progenitor. This was her first tome creating a website and thoroughly enjoyed using her creativity to contribute to the journal. She has a deep love of learning and is pursuing a degree in English. When Kharis isn’t writing or reading, you can find her rocking raves with her fiber optic whip or cuddling with her fuzzy friends. She can be contacted at kharispark@gmail.com

Tim has wide and varied interests in everything from brown liquor to slightly golden brown liquor. When he isn’t dancing with his daughter he can be found occasionally doing some writing, although speaking is his strong suit. He also has this crazy idea about a podcast...

Kenan is working on his Associate of Arts to transfer to CU Denver for a B.A of English with an emphasis in Writing. His hope is to be a published fiction writer and work either as a game writer or technical writer.
He wanted to work on the Progenitor to see what happened behind the scenes of art and literary magazines. He is the Art and Photography Editor and is excited about his role. He loves all kinds of art and is looking forward to having a hand in getting some wonderful artists published.
For fun he enjoys writing, playing video games and role playing games, hiking, and spending time with his wife and their three cats.
